Robert T. Matsui-U.C. Congressional Fellowship

Robert T. Matsui-U.C. Congressional Fellowships are awarded on a competitive basis to students in the University of California Washington Program engaged in term-time congressional internships. The program aims to support this public service internship by providing financial support, placement assistance, and special programming for each class of Fellows. Additional fellows are funded by the Robert T. Matsui Center on Politics and Public Service at U.C. Berkeley.

Robert T. Matsui Prize in Writing on Public Service

The Robert T. Matsui Foundation launched its inaugural program, in partnership with the University of California Washington Center (UCDC), in the spring of 2007. The competition, open to all students enrolled at UCDC during the competition term from any of the University of California campuses, invites students to reflect on the value of their internship and study experiences in contemplating careers in public service.

Robert T. Matsui Summer Fellowship in Public Service

The Robert T. Matsui Fellowship at McGeorge School of Law supports students pursuing summer opportunities in public service in Washington, DC, with preference to federal government employers. The first class of fellows was named for summer 2008.
